We meet all U.S. Postal Service requirements for direct mailing. Our experts will find you the best postal rates for your project.

Mailing Services includes: processing 1 mail list, duplication removal, CASS Certification, inkjet addressing, postal presorting & delivering to USPS (For larger items: $35/1000 plus $150 setup; all other products: $24/1000 plus $85 setup).  Additional fees apply for other services such as processing multiple mailing lists, tabbing if needed, inserting, or delivery of non-mailed pieces.

Postage costs vary depending upon size, weight and thickness of your piece, as well as the service class you choose (First Class or Standard). First Class mail arrives in 2 to 5 business days from mailing date; Standard class, which includes Non-Profit, arrives in 7 to 15 business days. Standard mail time is not guaranteed by USPS.

4x6 postcards mail at First Class Presort (unless non-profit) – at an average rate of $.24 each.

Larger postcards up to 6x11 and folded brochures (folded size up to 6x11), can be delivered via First Class at approx $.38 each or Standard at approx. $.27 each.

Catalogs are dependent upon final weight. 5.5x8.5 and 6x9 booklets can mail at the Letter rate if triple tabbed (for standard books stitched on the longer dimension). For postage estimates on catalogs, please email us with the paper stock, final size and page count.
